Transitional Anxiety
It sounds almost psychologically convoluted, but probably everybody goes through it at one time or another. Transitional anxiety can be for a few seconds, a few minutes, a few weeks, a few years, or your entire lifetime. Its that feeling that arises of uncertainty or anxiousness when you are between two settled points or stages in your life. You knew what was appropriate to do in the past, and you’re in an uncertain stage in the present, because you don’t know what you’re gonna do in the future, nor do you know how you’re going to do it.
One of the cures for transitional anxiety is, to patiently pereservere in doing right to the best of your ability and understanding until clarity automatically manifests itself.
