Some people live this life and say, ‘if this is it, it ain’t worth it. I work two jobs, and my spouse doesn’t even really like me, and my kids don’t respect me… it ain’t worth it.’ If we realize that this life is a life of giving to others, without expecting anything in return, not even a thank you, this life becomes a marvelous existence. As long as we’re looking for a reward or a payment for the actvities that we do in this life, we will always be sad.
